Dos lámparas, hechas a mano, para dos hermanas gemelas que cumplían treinta. Una hermana en una ciudad, la otra en otra. Nunca habían vivido a más de una pared de distancia hasta ese año.
Two lamps, built by hand, for twin sisters turning thirty. One sister in one city, the other in another. They had never lived more than a wall apart until that year.
La primera lámpara se encendió un martes por la noche, en la cocina. Un segundo después — a miles de kilómetros — la otra despertó. La mano de su hermana estaba encima. No hubo mensaje. No hubo sonido. Solo un círculo cálido de luz que decía aquí estoy.
The first lamp was lit on a Tuesday night in the kitchen. A second later — a thousand miles away — the other woke up. Her sister’s hand was on it. There was no message. No sound. Just a warm circle of light that meant I am here.

El nudo celta no tiene principio ni fin. Tampoco lo tiene el vínculo entre las dos personas que sostienen el par. Nuestra marca lleva eso. Todo lo que hacemos también debería.
The Celtic love knot has no beginning and no end. Neither does the bond between the two people holding the pair. Our mark carries this. So should everything we make.
Privado por naturaleza. El par es para una persona, o para un círculo pequeño. No emitimos, no registramos, no compartimos. Nada de esto es social.
Private by default. The pair is for one person, or one small circle. We do not broadcast, log, or share. Nothing about this is social.
Cada par se acaba a mano. La marca nació hecha a mano; la marca no debería dejar de ser hecha a mano, ni siquiera al crecer. La pequeña imperfección es la firma.
Each pair is finished by hand. The brand’s origin was handmade; the brand should never stop being handmade, even when scaled. The small imperfection is the signature.

A warm, humanist sans. It has to survive running copy in English and Spanish with the same cadence. We use 400 for paragraphs, 500 for short lines that carry weight. Never 700. Never condensed. Never italic — that is the serif’s job.

Four grounds. One glow. One wash.
La superficie por defecto de la marca. Nunca gris puro, nunca frío. El blanco puro está reservado al packaging y al brillo propio de la lámpara.
The default surface of the brand. Never pure-gray, never cool. Pure white is reserved for packaging and the lamp’s own highlight.
Nuestro color de tipografía. Casi negro, ligeramente cálido — nunca negro puro. El negro puro es lo que ponen las imprentas por defecto. Nosotros no.
Our type color. Near-black, slightly warm — never true black. True black is what printers default to. We don’t.
